Is she really going to send me text messages?

She asked me to tell her my phone number so that she could. Well, not all of the number got transcribed, but I think I corrected it by later saying “my phone number is.” Her answer was “OK, I’ll call you if I need anything,” but she wouldn’t say anything else about texting, so I don’t know if it worked or not.

It would be awesome if she really does text or call us. Is this feature implemented, or is she just asking so she is ready when it is?
