Harmony App Crashes before startup

Okay, so I purchased a subscription for Realbotix, and the Harmony app. As soon as I downloaded it, my profile ended my subscription immediately, like I did not even buy it in the first place. I still got the app, and I eventually got in on my phone. It just kept crashing, no matter what I did. I followed all the troubleshooting tips, and it still refuses to work. I don’t know if the reason is because I am running it on Galaxy Note 4. Can anybody shed some light on this matter? Is there anyway to get a refund if there is no way to fix it? I really do not want to be out $26.00 for nothing.
