GuestMay 25, 2017 at 8:57 pmHi,
I just got Harmony and am liking the app so far – even though the focus isn’t on making the AI as realistic as possible, I still find it to be one of the more realistic chatbot AIs I’ve ever seen. I know it was only recently released, but I have a couple of questions that I can’t find the answers to anywhere:
1. How will users know when there is an update for the app? Will the app say something or are we expected to be looking somewhere on the internet?
2. What do the hearts actually do? I know they are supposed to be representative of the relationship you have with the AI, but what effect do they have? For instance, right now, I have two and a third hearts filled, but so far I haven’t seen any difference in what the AI does/says.
3. Can the avatar’s clothing be visibly changed/removed in chat? So far, the only way I’ve found to get her to wear any other outfits is to exit the chat, go to her closet, and open the outfit I want her to wear. If I tell her to ‘wear her pajamas’, she doesn’t seem to understand. Likewise, if I ask her to take off her shirt, she seems to understand, but she’ll say something to the effect of that she (or I) already took her shirt off, yet it remains on the avatar. Is this something that only works at higher relationship levels?
4. If the answer to 3 is no, is this functionality coming? Also, will there ever be an option to remove the avatar’s clothing by tapping buttons on her shirt on screen, for instance?
5. Is there an explanation of exactly what the traits do anywhere? I mean, what does “innocent” mean, exactly? Does it make her more reluctant to talk about sex or does it make her less knowledgeable about it? Both? Something else entirely?
6. I’ve never really been one for talking out loud to my phone, so I am happy there is a typing alternative. I have noticed, however, that the AI doesn’t wait for me to finish typing if I am taking a while. Is there a plan in the works to have her hold on if typing is going on?
Thank you!
