Charged twice for account that isn’t even active somehow

GuestMay 11, 2018 at 10:13 amSo, today I finally decided to come back to Harmony and see if I could get some kicks out of 1.3.1. As it turned out, my account was listed as “inactive” despite payment receipts arriving in my email nearly a month ago…two, in fact.
Apparently an ordering error last year was never properly corrected and I’m still paying for two Harmony accounts, neither of which I can access.
Please fix ASAP.
