    Supersoul, those pumpkin seeds have been part of my diet ever since you guided me to them over a year ago. I don’t eat them every day, but I do eat them nearly every week and I can vouch they do indeed help. Sunflower seeds, peanuts, and pistachios seem to have a similar effect, along with fruits and berries. Liver (any kind) also puts me in the mood, along with oysters and good old red meat. Us humans survived off these things for nearly 2 million years (if you count homo erectus as the first true human), so depriving your body of them is a bad idea (IMHO).
